 Are these products in proper working order?

Yes the products are in proper working order unless stated otherwise (i.e. labelled "Used"). While our offerings may exhibit the occasional rough packaging, minor scratches, or dents, rest assured that the majority of packaging is in pristine condition. Our detailed descriptions and accompanying photos provide a transparent view of each item, empowering you to make informed choices. If you need more photos of your item please give us a call and we can provide you with pictures.

Payment and Pickup

Payment for your items can be done by Cash, Debit, E-Transfer, PayPal, Google pay or Credit Cards. For pick up items, they must be paid for and picked up by our stated deadlines. There are absolutely NO exceptions to our pickup deadlines.

All items sold are subject to tax legislation pursuant to tax laws of Ontario and other Canadian provinces. All taxable items will be charged HST.

When coming to our office to pay and pick up, you must pay for their entire order. If you cannot pick up and remove all items, you can come back and remove the rest of the items provided they are all removed by our stated pickup deadline. If you do not come back and remove these items a 10% restocking fee for these items will be added to your account.

 Pick up deadline?

For items to be picked up, please pick up within 7 days of purchase. Items not picked up after that will incur a 10% restocking fee.

 What happens if I miss a payment or pick-up?

There are no exceptions to missing a pick-up and failing to pay for an order. When you pay but fail to pick up all your items on or before the pickup deadline, you incur a restocking fee of 10% of the item(s) that was not picked up.

 Why the restocking fees?

The fees are to discourage people from deliberately abandoning items they bought. We have limited space in our warehouse, and we constantly have new inventory coming in, every unclaimed item, adds to our overhead and is a drain on our resources.  

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, shipping is available, however for certain items shipping might not be possible, due to their weight or fragile state. 

 What else do I need to know about payment?

For all items purchased, you will pay the listed sale price plus HST. 

 How do I pick up my items?

All pick-ups happen at our office location by appointment only at 4-700 Finley Ave, Ajax, Ontario, L1S 3Z2. When you checkout you will schedule an appointment and your product will be ready at that specified time.

 Can I schedule a pick-up time?

Yes! At checkout you will be able to do so. We are open Sunday to Saturday, by appointment only except on Statutory holidays. Once you checkout you will have the option to schedule your pickup time. Feel free to call us at +1 (905) 428-0880 if you have any product related questions.

 What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring a government issued photo ID when coming to pick up an order. This is done to protect us and our customers by ensuring items are picked up by the rightful buyers. If photo ID is not presented at the time of pick-up, you will be unable to claim your items.

 Can someone else pick up my order?

Absolutely!  If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please contact us ahead of time via email (or via the messaging system on our contact us page) only. You must provide their full name and have them bring their photo ID for confirmation upon arrival. Please note they will also need to pay for your order unless you e-transferred and cleared payment with our staff beforehand.
