Warranty Policy:

We are committed to addressing any issues you may encounter with products purchased from our website. Our warranty covers items that:

(i) Have a defect or physical damage, or
(ii) Were misrepresented by us in the listing, such as stating it to be in a different condition.

You have 7 days to return the item for a full refund credited to your user account, applied as a store credit for your next purchase. Ensure the item is returned in its original packaging and the condition in which it was sold to you. To prevent fraud, we record the serial numbers of the items we sell, so please only return items purchased from us to avoid legal consequences.

Please note that our warranty does not cover minor or easily fixable issues, such as missing basic hardware (e.g., bolts, screws, nuts, and dowels) or paperwork (e.g., manuals), even if not explicitly stated in the listing.

Manufacturer Warranty for Auction Items:

As we are not authorized sellers/resellers of the items listed on our website, manufacturer warranties do not apply to the items we sell. Our sourcing model differs from direct manufacturer supply. If you are concerned about manufacturer warranties, we recommend checking each item's warranty policy before bidding. Some manufacturers may honor their warranty with proof of purchase, valid serial numbers, or the warranty sheet that accompanied the item.
